	Iron Man is the alter-ego taken up by Tony Stark after he was kidnapped by Al-Qaeda. Instead of negotiating like a normal person would, Stark felt the need to build a giant mechanized armor that had enough firepower to level cities. Since then, Iron Man has become an important superhero, having actually helped someone once. Many more competent people have donned the Iron Man suit. Most notable is James Rhodes, who eventually decided the title of "Iron Man" was not worthy of him and became the infinitely less cool Iron Patriot.
