Batman is a comics series about Batman. It tells the story of a man who goes insane after his parents are shot. Instead of donating billions of dollars to the Gotham police department (effectively ridding Gotham of crime), he instead chooses to dress like a giant bat and beat the crap out of people in dark alleys.
